It was an awful experience since the first moment. In fact, we had booked 2 days but we left after the first night because we did not feel safe and we were repeatedly lied to. We were woken up at 4 am by our neighbors fighting: they were a couple, and we could hear the woman screaming and the man threating her with sentences like "I will kill you". It was very loud. After a while we hear de receptionist knocking at the door and asking "is everything OK?", but as far as we could hear, they never opened the door. We also heard some neighbors in the corridor that were also woken up like us. The screams and smashes went on for hours, so we called the receptionist several times until she answered, and she said she would give them a call. After a while we put on earplugs and tried to sleep. To our surprise, when we asked the receptionist the next morning about the incident, she said she hadnt heard that anything abnormal had happened the previous night, and that we were the first guests to complain!! This is obviously a lie because everyone could hear them, and the night receptionist even went to knock at the door. I asked if this couple was staying another night, to which she replied yes. I asked if we could move to another room, but she said that the hotel was fully booked, which seems to be another lie, because I checked online, and it said there were rooms available. I insisted on the severity of the incident: at some point we even feared for the life of the woman next door! The receptionist said that if we hear it again, we should just call reception.

There were baby roaches everywhere. The place had large roaches in the lobby, elevator doesnt work so you have to climb stairs on the outside of the building are covered in urine and debris. The AC is a wall unit filled with roaches, that run out when turned on. Loiters in parking lot at all times, some selling drugs, some eating and some playing loud music. Based on smell and stains of carpet, it hasnt been clean in some time.

How accommodating the staff at front with getting my room on 3 rd floor and letting me know before hand that elevator was not working. She a Very Good Professional approach while serving other customers as well.You dont find that often.The room flooring, shower and the constant of hot water! Peace of mind of Security presence.

Nothing I didn't like anything at all the a/c didn't work smell terrible the Paper on the wall falling off elevator out of service we ask for another room they didn't want to change us. Please DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL
